ISKRA – NGO Hub of Istria and Karst represents a supportive environment for NGOs in the Coastal-Krast region.

The role of the hub is to strengthen the capacity of NGOs in the field of organizational development and advocacy, to increase and strengthen their role as a partner in the formulation of public policies, to represent the interests of the NGO sector to decision-makers, to encourage intersectoral partnerships in order to solve the current challenges of the region and to increase the visibility of the non-governmental sector in the region.
