The project aims to increase the capacity of partner organizations and target youth organizations in BiH, Montenegro, and Albania in informal education, empowering young people to find their career path, especially young people with fewer opportunities, and promoting the NGO sector as an employer.

The project is based on the already tested model of practices Nurturing the world can be a service, developed in the framework of the previous project Social Innovators. As part of the project, 3 national support points will be established in BiH, Montenegro, and Albania, strengthening NGO representatives’ mentoring skills and contributing to young people’s career development through various educational activities. As part of the project, 90 young people will gain work experience in the NGO sector and thus acquire the skills and competencies necessary for easier entry into the labor market.
